STUDIO 24: Build a Bot Workshop: Program & Design Your First Robot In-Person
Explore the fundamentals of robotics and programming in this interactive workshop hosted by Maker-In-Residence Ayesha Wilson. You'll have the opportunity to program a robot friend that follows you and learn about the basics of robot design. The session will also include a special meet-and-greet with a local FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) team, who will share their experiences and insights from designing a robot as a rookie team in this year's challenge. Participants will gain practical skills in both hardware and software aspects of robotics, understanding the challenges and rewards of building a functional robot. This workshop is a great way to dive into robotics, offering both instruction and inspiration from experienced peers.
