Reservation Request

To start your request, click 'Go to Date' or 'Next Available' below, select the times you would like, including set-up and take down, and click the 'Submit Times' button.

• A valid email address is required to submit a reservation request.
• Groups may request the theater for up to 16 hours per month, including set-up and clean-up.
• Requests for times less than 30 days in advance are unavailable.
• Reservation requests are currently accepted through June 2025.
• Events in the theater are subject to approval.
• A theater staff member will be present at all events at all times.
