Meadows Branch Library remains closed to the public and will continue to offer contactless holds carryout appointments. Holds ready to pickup cannot have their pickup location changed. You can change the pickup location of your pending holds.
Reserve your hold carryout time
For same-day cancellations or rescheduling of pickups or help placing a hold, call us at 303-441-3100 during our call center hours.
Due to limited staffing, users are limited to 5 holds.
Step 1: Place your hold using our online catalog.
Step 2: Wait for confirmation that your item is ready. When your hold/s are ready, you will receive notification through your preferred method. Got another notice? No need to make a second appointment, all available holds will be ready for you.
Step 3: Make your carryout appointment, be sure to click submit. Check your hold notice to be sure you make your appointment for the right location. You must have an appointment to use our carryout service.
Step 4: At your scheduled appointment time, head to the Meadows Branch Library.
Step 5: Retrieve your items. All of your holds ready for pick up will be checked out to your card and waiting for you, look for the first 3 letters of your last name, and the last 4 numbers of your library card. Items are not picked up during the appointment window will move on to the next person.
All returned items are quarantined for 72 hours, items will take longer to appear off your account.
