DESCRIPTION:Cultivating Color- Harvesting Color from the Dye Garden\, Fiber 
   Dye Seed Saving   Savoring the Colors of Fall\n\nJoin us in exploring 
 fall colors harvested from the dye garden\, seed saving for natural dyes 
 and fibers\, and helpful techniques for savoring autumn hues. We’ll 
 explore a variety of well loved heirloom dyes and freshly harvested 
 seasonal color ingredients from the dye garden\, how to make and use 
 natural dye baths\, and surface design techniques\, and how to savor\, 
 store and use your dyes harvest in your studio and home all year long. 
 \n\nTogether we will create a local fall dye palette\, share dye garden 
 ideas\, heirloom fiber and dye seeds\, and create an array of take-home\, 
 naturally dyed palettes and textiles\, saturated in the seasonal dye 
 garden-grown colors of Colorado. \n\n*An abundance of helpful resources and 
 plant-based color recipes will be shared upon completion of our class. Ages 
 14 and up.\n\n\nCraft Studio\n\nBoulder Public Library presents Craft 
 Studio in STUDIO 24!  During this 3-month focus (November - January)\, 
 Craft Studio is dedicated to exploring the joy of making things by hand. 
 Classes will invite participants to slow down\, engage deeply\, and 
 rediscover the beauty of tactile creation. From weaving and woodworking to 
 natural dyeing and paper arts\, Craft Studio celebrates time honored 
 techniques that foster mindful creativity and meaningful community.
