DESCRIPTION:Halloween is almost here and if you need a budget-friendly 
 option for a kids costume we have you covered! Whether you have outgrown 
 costumes from previous years or you're looking for something new (to you)\, 
 this is the perfect opportunity to swap and save. Stop by anytime between 4 
 pm and 5:30 pm to find the perfect costume! Make Halloween more 
 sustainable\, plus meet and support fellow community members.\n\nWe will 
 start accepting donations of well cared for and cleaned costumes Saturday\, 
 September 27th. Please bring them to the Children's Desk located in the 
 Main Library - 1001 Arapahoe Ave. \n\n\nBoulder Public Library would like 
 to thank everyone who has generously donated to the Boulder Library 
 Foundation. Your financial support provides funding for library programs\, 
 services and facilities that help the people of Boulder develop and grow.
