DESCRIPTION:Since there's no school today\, why not get messy at the 
 library?\n\nWear clothing you don't mind getting paint on and dance over 
 for a Glow-In-The-Dark Paint and Drum party. We'll have fun music\, paint\, 
 hand-held drums\, and blacklights.\n\nFor elementary school aged children. 
 Registration Required.\n\n*Please note\, there will be paint everywhere\, 
 including on you. We will be using a non-toxic body paint.\n\nWant to
