BeeChicas: Skincare from the Hive In-Person
Make a nourishing lotion bar and lip balm for our dry Colorado winters. Bring them home with recipes to make more. Learn about honeybee biology and the chemistry of beeswax for DIY remedies. Adult helper required for children under 12. Please register each person who wishes to make the project.
This program is a regular Seed to Table event at the library that focuses on sustainable living and part of STEAM Week.

STEAM Week
The library hosts STEAM programs for all ages all year long. STEAM Week highlights the library's STEAM offerings and invites learners of all ages to design, create, test, and innovate with science, technology, engineering, arts, and math! Make simple circuits, code, create games, and enjoy robot storytime. All of STEAM Week’s programs are free and open to the public, including adults, teens, youth, and even pre-schoolers.
