Community Cooks: Giulia Bernardini

Join us for "Community Cooks". We invite you to gather online with us for a virtual dinner party and cooking demo. A new cook every month will be sharing recipes close to their heart and culture. Ingredients lists will be released a week prior so you can cook along! 

March's Community Cook: Giulia Bernardini is a Senior Instructor of humanities and art history at the University of Colorado, Boulder, whose main areas of interest are renaissance and baroque Italy, belle époque Paris, and museum studies. In addition, she's the founder of Wonderfeast, a small travel company that specializes in week-long on-site art and culture seminars in the European cities she grew up in. Join Giulia as she demonstrates how to cook a couple of popular dishes - pasta e ceci and spaghetti aglio, olio e pomodoro - from her native Rome, Italy, and shares some of her love of Il Bel Paese (The Beautiful Country).
