Summer of Discovery: Eunice Embodiment In-Person
EARTH and SKY movement workshops explore dance, yoga and mindfulness within the context of nature. Beginning indoors to connect, set context and warm up our bodies, we'll then head outside the library to investigate the environment. Engaging fun movement improvisations, games, and challenges, we'll discover how nature brings us to life, and through calming, imaginative visualizations and meditations we'll connect deeply to ourselves, earth, and sky. No dance experience necessary!
Ages 13-adult, please register; space is limited.
