Summer of Discovery: Body Song, a Vocal Playshop with Mmmwhah!

Summer of Discovery: Body Song, a Vocal Playshop with Mmmwhah! In-Person

The instrument of the voice lives deep within us. We play the body to set the voice free! The voice is the only instrument that is hidden, inside our bodies. We play it through a series of invisible processes. The key to opening one’s singing voice is to unlock the body and let it flow through.

Beginning with breath, embodiment practices, visualization, movement, vocal exercises, internal and interactive play, we connect these energies within ourselves to allow their free expression. Join us for deep exploration, connection, and intimate expression in this vocal improvisation playshop with Mmmwhah! Facilitated by Mmmwhah! Founder Merlyn Holmes and Roy Willey. All voices and all bodies are welcome. No experience necessary.

Let’s fill this town with Music, Movement, Mindfulness – whoa! and – Art:  Mmmwhah! where we can truly celebrate our kinship and our differences. Visit www.mmmwhah.com
