Drop-In & Limited Shop Access
Drop-in during this time to see the makerspace in action and learn about upcoming workshops. Patrons can use the BLDG 61 computers (per availability) during this time for design projects (full Adobe Suite and more) as well as sewing machines, vinyl cutter, robotics workbench and more after checking in with staff.
Additionally, the woodshop will be available on a first come, first serve basis to patrons seeking access to shop tools and woodworking advice. Please understand this is completely dependent on instructor availability and demand, and less dangerous tools will be easier to support (sanding, clamping, chopsaw, finishing, and handwork).
Patrons interest in the BLDG 61 3D printing service are encouraged to drop off and pick up prints with a staff member at this time as well. Youth 13 years old and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult, no registration required.
All attendees must fill out our Acknowledgement of Risk and Release Form prior to use of makerspace.
Generously sponsored by the Boulder Library Foundation.
