Joanne Greenberg, author of I Never Promised You A Rose Garden, and Jeffrey Fortuna and Chuck Knapp, both long-time psychotherapists and former agency directors, challenge the common belief that psychosis, schizophrenia, and other severe mental health struggles inevitably lead to lifelong decline.
