NAMI Creative Minds In-Person
Drop into the Teen Space between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. to have a hands-on experience that blends art, mindfulness, and self expression hosted by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). NAMI Creative Minds offers teens a creative and personal way to reflect, express themselves, and build self-awareness.
Schedule

1:30-3 p.m. - Zines: A small, handmade booklet where teens can put whatever is on their minds—thoughts, drawings, poems, song lyrics, ideas, doodles, or random bursts of creativity.

3-4:30 p.m. - Reset Wheel: A personalized spin wheel with self-care activities across different categories.
