Peaks to Prairie: A Holistic Regenerative Approach In-Person
Join us for a film and discussion about Regenerating Soil with Mushrooms. A screening of the award-winning PBS documentary Peaks to Prairie: A Holistic Regenerative Approach will be followed with a Q&A with the filmmaker, lead researcher, partnering grassland steward, and Open Space and Mountain Parks Agricultural Staff. This short film follows an innovative restoration effort that uses wood waste from forest mitigation projects, fungi, grazing cattle, and soil science to restore degraded agricultural grasslands and rebuild soil health.
