13 Fires, an original stage play written and directed by Curtis K. Rogers explores themes of systemic racism, gentrification, displacement, and resilience through the painful and true story of Indiana Avenue, a thriving Black cultural corridor taken under the guise of progress. Through vivid storytelling and emotionally charged performances, the production honors the legacy of a community uprooted while illuminating the strength and dignity of those who endured. 13 Fires is both a remembrance and a call to reckon with the cost of so-called development.

To reach the theater from the Arapahoe lot, you can cross the creek using the exterior bridge. Doors for after hours events typically close 30 minutes after the event starts.
