Meander Book and Printed Cover with The Book Arts League In-Person
Build a small book with artists from The Book Arts League. Large letterpress printed sheets of the alphabet printed with wood type will be provided. Everyone will learn to cut a meander-style book block, and fold it, so that the text is right-reading and sequenced in order. The book title will be collectively chosen. The book cover will be printed with the title during the workshop on a small table-top press. We'll attach the covers to the book block, and everyone can take a copy as a keepsake. All materials and tools will be provided.
