STUDIO 24: Intro to Jigsaw Printing In-Person

Explore jigsaw printing at Studio 24! Learn this easy multicolor block printing technique, which involves cutting your block into multiple pieces, inking the pieces separately, and then reassembling them like a jigsaw puzzle. No experience needed, just bring ideas for prints to work on. This process works best with just two or three colors.

Print Studio at STUDIO 24, hosted by the Boulder Public Library, is space for creativity and exploration in all things printmaking from February through May 2026. During this time, artists of all ages and experience are invited to try their hand at a variety of printmaking techniques, including relief printing, screen printing, monoprinting, letterpress, etching, and collagraph. Through workshops, drop-in activities, and Open Studio hours, participants will have the opportunity to learn, experiment, and create through exploration in printmaking.
