Weekends & City Holidays: Free parking in library lots and nearby garages (10th & Spruce and 11th & Spruce).
Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–7 p.m.:
• First 90 minutes free.
• Up to 90 more minutes for $1.25/hour.
