Creatively Aging: Process Painting In-Person
This class is intended for adults ages 60+. This course is designed for beginners and trained artists alike. It’s about cultivating beginner’s mind. It’s not about technique; it’s about expression, release, and inner truth flowing from your heart through the brush in your hands onto paper. This is a fun engaging activity also known for improving cognitive clarity and neuroplasticity. Come and let your heart sing!
