Food Lab Presents: Quesadilla Bar In-Person

Food Lab will show Tweens and Teens how to make tortillas from scratch. Participants will practice knife skills by cutting vegetables and making pico de gallo. The quesadilla bar includes tortillas, pico de gallo, vegetable and cheese fillings allowing participants to customize their quesadilla. 

Please note: kids will work in groups and will be using real knives and hot burners. A waiver is required for all participants.
