STUDIO 24: Turkey Wing Whisk Broom

STUDIO 24: Turkey Wing Whisk Broom In-Person

Discover the timeless craft of broom making in this hands-on class. You’ll learn traditional broomcorn tying and binding techniques to create your very own Turkey Wing Whisk Broom—a style known for its distinctive winged shape and sturdy, functional design. Along the way, we’ll explore the history of broom making and its place in folk craft traditions. No prior experience is needed; all materials are provided. You’ll leave with a beautiful, hand-crafted broom that’s both practical and display-worthy, along with the skills to continue the craft on your own.
