BLDG 61: Halloween Coasters In-Person
Get into the spooky spirit with this beginner-friendly class where you'll design and create your own Halloween-themed wooden coasters using the library’s laser cutter. Whether you’re into ghosts, pumpkins, bats, or black cats, you’ll leave with a custom set of plywood coasters ready for painting and perfect for adding a festive touch to your Halloween décor.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll be introduced to the basics of laser cutting and digital design, no prior experience needed! Using Adobe Illustrator, you'll learn how to customize your coaster designs and see your spooky creations come to life with the laser cutter.
All ages are welcome, but participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supported by an adult caregiver for the duration of the workshop.
This workshop will be taught by community educator, Nikoletta.
