Boulder Genealogical Society
Settling the Great Plains, by Glenn York, professional genealogist.
The Great Plains region includes parts of 10 different states. Settlers there were forced to adapt to a significantly different environment than in eastern states. The presentation will discuss the solutions and processes used and the genealogical value of the records created.
