Concert and Reception: Music from Scrap In-Person
Experience the opening concert of the Music from Scrap exhibition, a project by composer-performer-artists Abby Kellems, Jessie Lausé, and Gavin Kitchen that brings recycling education to life through music making. The concert will feature original compositions performed on instruments built from recycled materials, along with a special guest speaker from Ecocycle.
After the performance, enjoy a reception in the Canyon Gallery, where community members will have the opportunity to explore the instruments and create music of their own!
