Emotional Magic for Little Wizards at Home In-Person
Tame big feelings with mindfulness, energy tools, and a little magic.
In this imaginative and empowering class for ages 6-9, your child will learn playful yet powerful tools to help them manage overwhelming emotions at home—like frustration, sadness, or meltdowns. Through breathwork, grounding exercises, visualization, and energy play, kids will learn how to calm their minds, regulate their bodies, and find safe ways to express their feelings.
