Emotional Magic for Little Wizards at School In-Person
Stay calm, centered, and confident—no matter what the school day brings.
In this playful, energy-based class for ages 6-9, your child will learn magical mindfulness and meditation tools to help them feel grounded and emotionally steady in busy school environments. We’ll explore how to manage big feelings, such as frustration, overwhelm, and anxiety, that can arise during group work, transitions, or social interactions. Using imagination, energy tools, and kid-friendly visualizations, students will build a toolkit of calming practices they can use at school to feel safe, focused, and empowered—even in tricky moments.
