Bird Identification with Front Range Birding In-Person
In this introductory birding identification class, you’ll learn some general tips for how to lump birds into general bird families (e.g. sparrows, thrushes, corvids) and what characteristics to pay attention to when trying to identify a particular bird, including GISS (general impression of size and shape). You’ll then take these tips with you into the field for some hands-on learning, so wear comfortable walking shoes.
