The B-Flatirons Clarinet Quartet is proud to present "Confluence", the inaugural performance of the Chinook Winds Clarinet Choir—a new ensemble bringing together more than a dozen clarinetists from across Colorado’s Front Range. "Confluence" celebrates the merging of artistry, talent, and community through chamber music.

In this free performance at 7:00 pm on July 12th at the Boulder Canyon Theater, the Chinook Winds Clarinet Choir will take listeners on a musical journey spanning centuries and styles. Audiences can expect to hear selections from the pastoral charm of Percy Grainger, to the jazzy tunes of Glen Miller, to the sweeping cinematic sounds of Hans Zimmer. The ensemble seeks to both educate and entertain, showing the full expressive range of the clarinet family—from the high E-flat soprano to the deep, resonant contrabass.

Whether you're a longtime music lover or new to the world of chamber wind music, we invite all to experience the clarinet in all its forms. For more information, please visit us at https://bflatironsclarinets.org/chinookwinds/ or contact the group at info@bflatironsclarinets.org
