STUDIO 24: Laser Cut Coptic Stitch Journal (Part 2) In-Person
Laser Cut Coptic Stitch Journal, Part 2: Learn traditional book bookbinding to build a text block and bind your pages together with the Coptic stitch, a method originating in Egypt and used from the 2nd to the 11th century. Decorative braids on the exposed spine allow your journal to lay flat for writing or sketching. Bring your wood covers that you prepared in Part 1 of the workshop or choose from the wood covers prepared by the instructor. Attending Part 1 of the series is not required.
Important registration note: if you signed up for part 1 of the workshop, a spot will be held for you in this workshop, no need to complete the registration for this event. If you did not attend part 1, and would like to attend part 2 (this event), please complete the registration form.
