STUDIO 24: Death and Dyeing

STUDIO 24: Death and Dyeing In-Person

Boulder Library Makerspaces and Death Café presents: Death and Dyeing a fabric dyeing workshop centered around processing our grief, mortality, and humanity through making.  In this event, participants will learn the art of bundle dyeing with natural dye plants and participate in a Death Café style discussion group where everyone is welcome to come together to have an open and compassionate discussion about death and dying while our fabric dye processes.  We welcome this topic to decrease stigma around death, increase awareness of issues surrounding death/dying, and to help people make the most of their lives.  This is not a support group or group counseling.  Light refreshments and dyeing materials will be provided.
