CANCELED: BLDG 61: Sewing Revolution In-Person
The featured project generally takes 45 minutes to complete. We have limited sewing machines, so participants must share equipment and supplies.
Registration is suggested but not required (it helps us calculate materials). Appropriate for ages 10 and up, minors under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Acompaña a Luna Cultura en la Revolución de la Costura. El cuarto sabado del mes realizaremos un proyecto de costura de nivel principiante. Se proporcionarán materiales y herramientas. Los participantes también pueden traer ropa que quieran reparar, rehacer o reciclar.
El proyecto presentado generalmente tome 45 minutos en completarse. Contamos con máquinas de coser limitadas, por lo que los participantes deben compartir el equipo y los suministros.
Se sugiere registrarse, pero no es obligatorio (nos ayuda para calcular los materiales). Apto para mayores de 10 años, los menores de 14 años deberán ir acompañados de un adulto responsable.

This class will be at the BLDG 61 Makerspace in the Main Library. Here are directions and parking information for the Main Library. Our Makerspace classes often have long waitlists. We sincerely hope that you can attend, but if you are for some reason unable to, please cancel your registration ASAP so that one of the people on our waiting list can take your place in the class. You can cancel by going back to your confirmation email and following the link.
All makerspace patrons are expected to adhere to makerspace and library rules and policies. All users and visitors must agree to and sign the Acknowledgment of Risk and Release Form each visit before entering the space.
