Cultivating Calm with Sensory Gardens In-Person
Sensory gardens engage all the senses, offering spaces for healing, relaxation, and connection with nature. In this workshop, we explore how these gardens support emotional well-being, reduce stress, and create inclusive spaces for people of all abilities. Participants learn practical steps to design their own sensory gardens, from selecting plants and features to crafting layouts that inspire connection and calm. Presented by Denver Urban Gardens. Note: This program takes place prior to library opening.
