BLDG 61: Intro to Woodworking In-Person
Interested in learning woodworking? Wood is an amazing material that can be cut, assembled and finished into everything from cutting boards to furniture. We’ll discuss the fundamentals of woodworking and how to apply this knowledge to your projects. We’ll explore a variety of topics such as wood selection and movement, measuring, joinery, project planning and safety.
No experience necessary, all skill levels welcome. Registration required.

This class will be at the BLDG 61 Makerspace in the Main Library. Here are directions and parking information for the Main Library. Our Makerspace classes often have long waitlists. We sincerely hope that you can attend, but if you are for some reason unable to, please cancel your registration ASAP so that one of the people on our waiting list can take your place in the class.
