Qigong Meditations with Stephen Joffe In-Person
Come and learn the foundation meditation from the nature based tradition of Tao. We will explore the development of this ancient method, and how practice grounds and invigorates our person. You will learn a simple meditation and relaxing movement that delivers awareness of the energy system. Qigong is an enjoyable way to empower our healthy navigation of life.
Notepad, pen and a bottle of water are recommended.
These workshops are open to anyone, total beginners and experts alike.
