STUDIO 24: Bountiful Pantry: Chocolate Truffles and Bars In-Person
Learn how to make a classic ganache (vegan or dairy) and techniques to temper chocolate that shines and breaks with a crisp snap! Then try rolling some truffles to take home with you. Once you have learned how to temper chocolate, see how artisanal chocolate bars are made using molds and tasty garnishes. You will soon be making chocolates in your home kitchen with new skills and recipes.
Besides stocking her pantry and making chocolates with her daughter who makes truffles professionally, Tracy Bellehumeur is one of the BeeChicas spreading pollinator education and gifts from the beehive around the City of Boulder. Ages 16 - Adult. Seats are limited, register below to attend.
