BLDG 61: Ice-Dye Socks! for Tweens and Teens In-Person
Make your own ice-dye socks! When powdered dyes are sprinkled over ice, geologic patterns melt into cloth. Learn about this awesome technique and take your own pair of unique socks home.
Optional: Bring a freshly laundered (no fabric softener), 100% cotton T-shirt or tank top to dye.
Please note: Handling powdered dyes requires strict safety precautions. All participants must wear the provided mask and gloves while dyeing.
