Live Movie Review - Licorice Pizza In-Person
Doors open at 6pm. This jazzed up screening starts with live music, DJ, or other performance for ~20-30m, then your host will give an introduction to the movie, actors, and director for ~10m, as the movie plays it will be stopped from time to time for group discussion. We'll play some games and do some trivia at intermission.
Tonight is "Licorice Pizza;" the story of Alana Kane and Gary Valentine growing up, running around, and falling in love in the San Fernando Valley in 1973. The film is 2h 13 minutes and rated R.
This event is organized by a community partner and hosted by the Boulder Public Library.
