One Love: A Mystical Exploration of Loving-Kindness at NoBo In-Person
Join Jenna Zadaka, Mystic Embodiment Practitioner and Jewish Educator, for a heart-centered workshop connecting to the divine energy of love through a Jewish mystical lens. Together, we’ll:
• Explore the Sefirah (divine energy) of loving-kindness through Kabbalistic wisdom
• Embody this sacred energy through a guided yoga practice
• Close with a sharing circle to integrate and reflect
