See No Stranger: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love with Author Valarie Kaur

See No Stranger: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love with Author Valarie Kaur In-Person

The One Book One Boulder series culminates in an author talk with Valarie Kaur. Take part in this special evening on Thursday, April 24 from 7-8:30 p.m. for a presentation by Valarie Kaur followed by conversation moderated by Pedro Silva about bridging divides and how that theme intersects with the Boulder community.

“See No Stranger: A Memoir and Manifesto of Revolutionary Love” invites readers to embrace revolutionary love as both a remedy for our times and a path to a better future. Valarie Kaur, renowned Sikh activist and civil rights lawyer, shares her transformative philosophy—a radical, joyful practice that connects us to others, opponents, and ourselves. Drawing on wisdom, science, and her own life, Kaur offers practical tools for resilience, healing, and hope.

Books by Valarie Kaur will be available for purchase at this event through Boulder Book Store. This event will happen on the Main Library's 2nd floor south, above the Arapahoe entrance in order to triple the seating capacity (formerly scheduled in the Canyon Theater).

Currently, the waitlist is full. Keep an eye on this page in case people cancel their registrations and seats open again. Consider signing up to volunteer for the event.
