Boulder Library Foundation's 50 Year Gala

This ticketed 50 year anniversary celebration and fundraising event, benefiting the Boulder Public Library, kicks off at 5:30 p.m. with a VIP author reception with Bonnie Garmus for all table sponsors and their guests. The party on the south end of the Main Library will continue at 6:30 p.m. with a reception for all ticket holders, continuing with great food, plentiful beverages, and author signings. The seated program portion of the evening will take place on the second-floor atrium, featuring Bonnie Garmus, stories of lives forever changed by the Boulder Public Library and the fundraising portion of the evening.

For nearly 50 years, the Boulder Library Foundation has funded a vast array of library programming—including programs like BoulderReads, Summer of Discovery reading program, Carnegie Library for Local History programs, including the Maria Rogers Oral History Program, BLDG 61 Boulder Library Makerspace, bilingual and English storytimes, STEAM programming, Canyon Gallery exhibitions, Canyon Theater concerts and author talks and numerous other cultural and educational programs.

This event requires tickets purchased in advance and is presented by the Boulder Library Foundation, a community partner, and is not hosted by the Boulder Public Library. Look for updates from the event organizer who may update, change, or cancel with little notice.
