Free Family Concert with Zivanai Masango & Friends In-Person

The Cultural Caravan's popular free family concerts at the Canyon Theater continue, this time with renowned Zimbabwean multi-instrumentalist Zivanai Masango! Born in Harare to a family of musicians, Zivanai was immersed in diverse musical traditions from an early age. Today, he is a leading figure in Zimbabwean music and well-known in Boulder as the frontman for the popular Afrofusion band ZiMBiRA. Join him in song and dance as you learn about the sounds and rhythms of his native Zimbabwe!
