About the presenter: Lyles is a life-long environmental educator with a passion for healthy ecosystems, conservation, and equity-based advocacy. From teaching middle-school science in North Carolina to leading river-focused advocacy groups in Texas to protecting wild spaces in Washington state, Lyles' career has centered on science education, compassionate and inclusive leadership, and environmental stewardship. He lives on the edge of a forest in Washington state.
