Robots 02: How are robots made? Building blocks, cardboard, plywood and plastic! Learn how everyday materials can be turned into machines that sense and react to their environment. Get an overview of digital fabrication processes available to you from BLDG 61 and other resources for making precision parts.*  A knowledge of the Arduino IDE, related microcontrollers and basic electro-mechanics is recommended. First-timers are encouraged to register for Robots 00 and Robots 01.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops and download the Arduino IDE.  BLDG 61 can provide up to 8. Space is limited, registration is required to secure your spot.

This class is geared towards adults who are new to programming or Arduino or could use a refresher. Ages 14+.

All attendees must fill out our Acknowledgement of Risk and Release Form prior to use of makerspace.
