Geopolitics Discussion Group In-Person
Cosponsored by the library and the Boulder Chapter of the United Nations Association, this group meets on the last Thursday of each month from 1- 3 p.m. in the Boulder Creek Meeting Room. The group reads in current events around a selected geopolitical theme for each month, and talks about the topic in the context of the intermix of political, social, ecological and economic factors within a spatial context. A main reading is identified — and may include fictional interpretations (novels, films) of world events. There is no meeting in August, November or December.
